摘要:
對新型彎管機械化3PE防腐方法與傳統的彎管防腐形式的防腐材料、工藝技術和防腐質量等方面進行了對比分析,結果表明彎管機械化3PE防腐形式較手工熱縮套防腐、機械雙環氧防腐和手工冷纏帶防腐等傳統防腐形式具有明顯優勢,同時與直管3PE防腐質量指標對比,該防腐形式與直管3PE防腐基本一致,有利于提高熱煨彎管的防腐質量。
Abstract:
Several aspects of the new machined 3PE coating method for hotbent pipe such as anticorrosion materials, coating processes and quality were analyzed and compared with traditional processes. It is concluded that the machined 3PE coating technology has significant advantages over those methods of manual heat shrinkable sleeve, mechanical double epoxy anticorrosion and manual cold wind belt, etc. In addition, the coating quality prepared on hotbent pipe is basically in consistence with the one on straight pipe, which is helpful to improve the anticorrosion effect.
