磨損和腐蝕是導致套管失效的主要因素;趯μ坠苣p的理論分析,預測套管在鉆進中的磨損量及油田開采周期內對套管壁厚的腐蝕量,結合套管強度校核,研究基于磨損作用的套管腐蝕對套管選型的影響。研究結果表明:磨損可使腐蝕速率增加,從而使套管管壁上的腐蝕坑深度增加,所以磨損和腐蝕因素與所用套管的壁厚具有相關性。在套管設計和選型時應對其磨損和腐蝕情況進行分析和計算,并確定所用套管的公稱重量。
Abstract:
Wear and corrosion are the most common causes of casing failure. Based on the theoretical analysis of casing wear, the amount of casing wear in the drilling and corrosion of casing wall thickness in oilfield production expire are predicted. In combination with casing stress check, the effect of casing corrosion on the casing selection with consideration of wear effect is studied. The results show that the wear can lead to the increase of corrosion rate, the corrosion pit depth on the casing wall is increased, so the wear and corrosion are related to the wall thickness of the casing used. Both wear and corrosion of casing should be analyzed and calculated in the design and selection of casing as well as to determine the nominal weight of the casing.
