摘要:
對陜北區域5 1/2″套管內開窗側鉆井所用的 88.9 mm×CQST31加重鉆桿出現外螺紋斷裂事故進行分析。對其失效原因進行檢查后發現該批加重鉆桿外螺紋根部存在疲勞裂紋,因側鉆井起始井段狗腿度較大,鉆進過程中,加重鉆桿通過該井段,承受較大的交變彎曲載荷,外螺紋接頭產生疲勞損傷;下放鉆具時,加重鉆桿發生屈曲,導致加重鉆桿快速疲勞損傷而斷裂。
Abstract:
The external thread fracture of 88.9 mm×CQST31 heavy weight drill pipe used for sidetracking in 5 1/2″ casing in Northern Shaanxi was analyzed. After checking the failure causes, it is found that there is fatigue crack at the root of external thread of this batch of heavy weight drill pipes. The dogleg degree of the initial well section of side drilling is relatively large, therefore the heavy weight drill pipe passing through this well section bears a large alternating bending load during drilling, and the external thread joint is fatigued. Furthermore, when lowering the drill pipe, the heavy weight drill pipe buckles, resulting in rapid fatigue damage and fracture.
