摘要:
用光學顯微鏡觀察了單向玻纖增強聚乙烯(UGF/PE)預浸帶的橫觀形貌,對UGF/PE預浸帶復合材料進行了不同方向的三點彎曲、短梁剪切及拉伸強度測試。采用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)為內襯管,UGF/PE預浸帶為增強材料,±57°纏繞工藝制備了復合管。對纏繞帶材前后的管道進行了環剛度及短期爆破強度性能測試。用3種不同的方法計算了復合管的短期爆破強度。結果表明:對于不同力學測試,沿纖維方向所得到的強度和模量比垂直纖維方向的強度和模量大;增強后的復合管環剛度及短期爆破強度增加明顯;用網絡理論計算的短期爆破強度結果與實測結果接近。
Abstract:
The transverse morphology of unidirectional glass fiber reinforced polyethylene(UGF/PE) prepreg tape was observed with optical microscope, and the mechanical properties of threepoint bending, short beam shear and tensile strength exerted at different directions for UGF/PE composites were tested.The test of stiffness and short term burst pressure for the plastic and composite pipes, which was prepared by inner HDPE and outer reinforcement layer winded (±57°) by UGF/PE tape, was conducted. The short term burst pressure for the composite pipes was calculated with three different methods. The results show that the mechanical properties are distinguished along the fiber direction for the tests, and the stiffness and short term burst pressure for the plastic pipe are lower than those for the composite pipe.The calculation results of the short term burst pressure with netting theory are close to the testing results.
